HOW MUCH IS AN ENERGY EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT?

Every residential dwelling is unique in its own right which makes it difficult to provide a ‘standard’ price for an Energy Efficiency Assessment and Report without firstly discussing various elements with the relevant parties.

Factors we must consider include the overall scope of the project, the design and type of construction being proposed, as well as the location, council requirements and the owner or developer’s desired outcomes.

Also, it’s important to note that a new multi-story home or development may attract more government and certification fees than a renovation, addition or smaller dwelling such as a three bedroom. single storey house or granny flat.
